One interesting thing she talked about was the costume.  She mentioned that, when they were casting the mold for her head, they set the mark for her to look at slightly too high.  As a result, she was unable to bring her neck to a "normal" position with the head prosthesis in place.  In addition, her molded costume... shrank, which lessened her flexibility.  This is what gave the borg queen her regal posture.
